Bench Top UV Curing System,
These compact conveyor units are self contained and for use in curing UV inks and UV coatings on small panels, the 6” (152mm) wide and the 12” (305mm) wide with both units having a single medium pressure UV lamp rated at 165 Watts per inch (65 Watts per cm) also with a switch to select half power. The lamp is mounted in a highly polished aluminium reflector fitted in shielded lamp house, cooling and extraction is my means of an integral fan.
Controls include mains on/off switch with indicator neon, lamp on/off switch, neon to show lamp is ready, half/full power switch and also a conveyor on/off switch with a variable speed control. The conveyor belt which is constructed from stainless steel will therefore require no adjustment for tracking.
